Nice styled hotel room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and open bathroom.

Luxurious spotless rooms, they are provided with a smaller hand held shower, balconies, for instance. The breakfast is enjoyable with tortillas on demand, there's an option for each taste.

The hotel is cluttered with tasteless knickknacks that drag down the sophisticated atmosphere!!! The air conditioning woes and weak water pressure really need to be addressed for a smoother guest experience!!!

The staff were very helpfull with providing information on the City & booking a lovely restaurant, The Hotel was very central & very well decorated.

Very close to the center of the town (10 min. walking from the Cathedral), very quiet rooms, parking lot (they manage the car)

The room was slightly small but anyway confortable.

The spa was a hidden gem, and the courtyard vibe was perfect. Our room was super cozy and well-furnished. Plus, we fell in love with the charming atmospheric decor throughout the hotel!

The hotel was in a central position in the old town. It eludes calm and the rooms whilst small have all the amenities that give a feeling of being pampered. The breakfast was good although expensive.

The spa including the swimming pool was an expensive extra which did not appear well used.

Top-class room with particularly nice views to the Alhambra and mountains. The very very helpful and really excellent staff and their attitude. Superb customer service provided. Not to mention private parking available nearby.

This hotel offers a magical escape with its fine garden area, perfect for sipping cocktails and relishing tranquility. The breakfast is a good spread, though could benefit from some creativity. Proximity to local attractions is a major plus! Just be ready for potential hiccups regarding cleanliness and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Booked this hotel based on the goods reviews earlier by other travellers. Nice hotel in a nice and save area in city centre. Wether was very nice early november. Also parking service is excellent

There is always room for improvement in the service of a hotel and that is the breakfast. Minor problem is that the personal is not always filing up the buffet, but again this was a minor and only comment for this nice hotel!
